Visualize CBG’s full translation pipeline for both internal teams and client-facing presentations. The challenge was to show a detailed process clearly, while staying flexible for use in slides, print, or onboarding documents.
Deliverables included:
- A linear timeline version – for step-by-step storytelling in live presentations
- A circular overview version – for at-a-glance understanding in handouts or dashboards
- Consistent icon use, CBG color coding, and external/internal role separation (via greyscale)
Optional interactivity: Designed with presenter-friendly logic, where circles could change color or highlight progress live.

These slides were developed as part of a branded presentation toolkit for CBG, designed to communicate key company information with clarity and visual impact. Each slide distills complex facts—such as global reach, employee statistics, and service offerings—into clean, engaging visuals that support both live presentations and digital sharing.
The layout and visual hierarchy were carefully considered to guide the viewer’s attention and reinforce CBG’s brand identity. Color, imagery, and iconography work together to create a coherent structure, while allowing for flexibility as new content or sections are added.
The result is a set of slides that makes it easy for presenters to tell CBG’s story with confidence, whether introducing the company to new clients or aligning internal teams around shared goals.
